The service
MYCV provides tools to create, format and share professional documents. You remain responsible for your content. MYCV does not guarantee recruitment or a response to an application.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access or have login problems, without sending your password.
Your content and rights
You keep your rights to the text, images and documents you add. You authorise MYCV to store and display them only as needed for the features you use. Share only content you have the right to publish. Forged certificates, illegal content and deceptive use are prohibited.
Sharing and availability
An enabled link makes the document available to people who have it. You can edit or disable your document. Copies already saved or shared by recipients are outside MYCV’s control. Deletion and archiving follow the privacy policy.
FREE and PRO
FREE includes one CV, one cover letter and five certifications in total, including certifications added to CVs. PRO allows unlimited numbers of these documents, detailed statistics and customisable links. File-size limits and normal-use rules still apply. Template availability depends on its catalogue access level.
Payment and renewal
PRO is an annual subscription. The amount, currency, renewal date and payment terms are presented before confirmation through PayPal. Renewals follow the authorisations given to the payment provider. Cancelling renewal does not automatically constitute a refund; paid access continues until its applicable end date. Contact support about a payment or refund request. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights that apply to you.
Reasonable use and external services
Do not use MYCV for spam, impersonation, circumventing limits or accessing other users’ accounts. External services, including payments, social logins and the optional writing assistant, may have their own limits. “Unlimited” means document counts, not storage, traffic or automated generation without any technical limit.
Security, maintenance and support
The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or an incident. Accounts may be restricted in response to abuse or a security risk. Keep a copy of important documents. Use Help to resolve a problem; MYCV aims to assist you in creating and managing your documents.

Features and these terms may change. The update date appears at the top of this page. Contact support about usage, data access or payments. Nothing here removes a mandatory right that applies to you.
